WONDER PLACE TO EAT! A Must Place To Visit!
Their food is great and tasty. It is a little on higher side but it is worth it in my opinion. Their place is small and not much sitting area so we always take it to go. But i do not mind.
The staff is always respectful of my service dog and the need for it. The is a great thing too.
THANKS Burger Girl Diner for offer GREAT food and being respectful for my need of a service dog. Your staff is so kind and wonderful. Keep up the GOOD work! -

2nd time eating here. My boyfriend's breakfast plate was terrible, the hash browns were the frozen kind and were barely cooked, no peppers or onions in the dish, it didn't fill the plate. My burger was ok, fries were cooked ok, but the seasoning was just dumped in one spot. My boyfriend didn't want to send anything back because it had taken a bit to get the order. The next thing that happened is what made me decide I will never eat here again.
Two elderly women came in, they had been in a party of 4 I think, on the patio when we arrived. They had ordered their meal and parts of it never arrived for two of the women. Still yet, they were served plates and then delivered the bill. The 1st woman came in to speak to the cashier and I am assuming was asking to be comped for the missing food. The manager came over and then everything got loud. It became a fight. An honest fight. Everyone eating stopped talking. Raised voices between the worker and customer. These young workers wouldn't apologize, were defiant, and made these women fight over some damn food they messed up AND DIDNT EVEN START COOKING. When the lady walked outside the "manager" said, just trying to get free fucking food. Fuck that. And they all laugh. Cooks exit the building.
Are you kidding me. Then the manager walks over to my boyfriend and I and apologized to us! Unbelievable. -

My first time at Burger Girl. My friend and I ordered 1/4 lbs combo each. The check was $21.99 before tip. We both wanted a milkshake, but they were out of ice cream. I had onion rings with my combo, my friend had fries. They were of the frozen bagged variety. Both of our burgers were burned on one side. We had cheddar on the burgers and could not taste it. I guess that speaks to the quality of the cheese used. Won't be back.
Our server was very good. -

I feel bad even reviewing this place because I could barely eat my food here. If you've ever wondered when a 24 hour diner does a deep clean of their restaurant, I'm pretty sure the answer Burger Girl has come up with is "we don't." It was pretty grungy in there and looked like they'd been operating for much longer than they've actually been open. Between that and the cooks that kept going outside to smoke and make phone calls, I had a hard time eating my food. It probably would have been better if the kitchen was closed and I wasn't able to see everything going on back there. I was also sad to hear that they still don't have ice cream for milkshakes which seems to be a common problem here. Honestly unless they make a lot of changes I don't see how they'll stay open.

Awesome, awesome, awesome breakfast. I can't stress enough how good, speedy and well priced the food is here. Not to mention the staff is always friendly and ready to take your order. Did I mention its open 24 hours??
If you are in Frankfort Ave, stop by and give this place a try! It doesn't disappoint.
